We fulfill orders in the order in which they are received, whether you’re a direct order customer or an Authorized Dealer. Please note that in order to maintain stock, our Authorized Dealers submit orders regulary and often, years in advance, which is why they receive knives on a regular basis.
Typically, ordering from a dealer is the fastest route! Our Authorized Dealers submit orders frequently, ordering years in advance, so that they can maintain stock. Though product listings may read, "out-of-stock," many dealers are re-stocked monthly. The best way to get a knife is by signing up for re-stock notifications from multiple dealers or by working directly with a dealer.
You may also place an order directly through our website. Every model requires a lead time, however; we don’t take any payment up front and you can cancel any time.

It is our intention to honor the quoted price you received when placing your order. If the cost of materials, supplies, and labor significantly increases, implementing a price increase to backorders may be unavoidable. If this becomes necessary, we will communicate changes to your order as promptly as possible. Thank you for your loyalty, patience, and understanding.
We do not take payment up front. You will be contacted by phone or email 2-4 weeks before your knife is ready to give you a heads up that it is on its way, at which time, we will collect payment and verify shipping information. In the meantime, should you purchase a knife from an Authorized Dealer, please contact us to cancel your order.
We will do our best to make this happen for you, but we cannot guarantee a knife will be complete on a specific day. When choosing a day, please note that we only manufacture Monday - Thursday. You can make your request in the notes section at the end of our order form. Please reference our Lead Times before placing your order.
We fulfill all orders with our on-hand materials. Please note that major changes, such as those to blade steel, can take a year or more to fully implement across our entire production line. We're unfortunately unable guarantee fulfillment of specific material requests.
Unfortunately, we do not use customer supplied materials for any of our knives, as custom projects disrupt the flow of production.
Cancel anytime! We do not require payment for knives up front and you are under no obligation to keep an order open. Please email us with your first and last name plus your order number (if available) with "Cancel Order" in the subject.
